Account Clerk I/II
To perform varied clerical bookkeeping work in maintaining budgets or fund accounts requiring adjusting entries and encumbrance procedures or maintaining cost accounts, and to do related statistical work.
Account Clerk Senior
To perform varied clerical bookkeeping work in maintaining budgets or fund accounts requiring adjusting entries and encumbrance procedures or maintaining cost accounts, and to do related statistical work.
Accountant I/II/III
To perform a wide variety of technical, complex, and lead supervisory accounting work; to analyze financial data; to serve as liaison and coordinator of the county-wide automated accounting and financial system, and to provide responsible and technical staff assistance.
Administrative Services Officer II/III
Formulate departmental policy in administrative services and business management; plan, organize, assign, review, and direct fiscal administrative services.
Deputy Probation Officer
To investigate adult and juvenile cases referred by the courts; to handle a case load of adult or juvenile clients; to assist in the supervision and care of juvenile court wards; and to assist in department program units such as work furlough, community schools, juvenile institutions, and home supervision.
