Deputy Probation Officer II
To investigate adult and juvenile cases referred by the courts; to handle a case load of adult or juvenile clients; to assist in the supervision and care of juvenile court wards; and to assist in department program units such as work furlough, community schools, juvenile institutions, and home supervision.
Extra Help Deputy Probation Officer III
To investigate adult and juvenile cases referred by the courts; to handle a case load of adult or juvenile clients; to assist in the supervision and care of juvenile court wards; and to assist in department program units such as work furlough, community schools, juvenile institutions, and home supervision.
Deputy Probation Officer III
To investigate adult and juvenile cases referred by the courts; to handle a case load of adult or juvenile clients; to assist in the supervision and care of juvenile court wards; and to assist in department program units such as work furlough, community schools, juvenile institutions, and home supervision.
Detention Services Officer
This is a non-sworn Probation Department position that may be assigned to any detention division or unit specifically to operate central control mechanisms for those units or wings.
Probation Division Manager
To plan and coordinate the work of the juvenile and/or adult divisions, or a detention facility of the Probation Department, and to supervise and direct special projects or major programs.
Supervising Probation Officer
To supervise a unit of Probation Officers and/or Probation Correctional Officers in various units such as Juvenile and Adult Field Services, Juvenile Institutional Services, or specialized programs; and to manage one or more program areas and supervise all levels of staff within those areas.
Extra Help Background Investigator
Work in our Professional Standards Unit, screening applicants and gathering background information.
Extra Help Systems & Procedures Analyst I/II
Evaluate department systems and make recommendations to improve overall performance and efficiency.
Media Specialist
Take part in the planning, development, coordination and implementation of media strategies to disseminate department or agency information.
Graphics Specialist
Develop conceptual design solutions from inception to delivery; develop, design, and coordinate the graphic layout of marketing projects.
