Fiscal Division at Work

The Fiscal Division is responsible for the department budget, accounts payable, payroll and other expenditures.  The division prepares all required fiscal reports for the state, grants and contracts.  The Fiscal Division takes pride in serving the Court by collecting fees, fines and victim restitution.

Collections Unit

The Collections Unit serves the Courts and community by collecting and distributing Court ordered victim restitution, fines, and fees. Victim restitution is and will remain the highest priority.  Clients who need to speak with a collector or have questions regarding their accounts can call, 559-608-9210.

Payments may be submitted via cash, check, money order or credit/debit card. Payments can be made in person, or over the phone at 1-888-604-7888.

Fiscal Unit

The Fiscal Unit is responsible for expenditures and procurement of goods for the department.  The team also prepares and presents the department’s fiscal year budget and processes and approves the department’s payroll.

Quality Improvement Unit

The Quality Improvement Team is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of department operations, program effectiveness, and service delivery. The staff will make recommendations to align with evidence-based practices as required by state and federal guidelines.
