Connections
The Tulare County Probation Department has partnered with 15 local agencies to expand services to clients and the community. Connections will serve as the first on-site hub comprised of county and community partners in the state, led by a probation department.
Connections provides an opportunity for county and community partners to come together, work collaboratively, streamline processes, and leverage resources to our community and Probation clients.

GEO Solutions
GEO Solutions provides enhanced services to adult medium-risk justice-involved individuals. Tulare County Probation refers clients to this team who then assess individuals for treatment and training that matches their needs and risk factors. Specific treatment and training services include cognitive behavioral treatment, substance use disorder treatment, anger management classes, educational and employment services, life skills, and services designed for individuals affected by trauma.

A strategic alliance between Tulare County Probation and Visalia Police Department’s HOPE Team was created to provide outreach and direct engagement to the unhoused population within the City of Visalia. The collaborative approach recognizes and addresses the needs of the unhoused population requiring a multi-disciplinary strategy that includes public safety, social services and rehabilitative support.
